Abstract

This theoretical preprint studies how to observe, control and retain collective capability under explicit evidence, verification and resource constraints. It separates temporary task performance, interaction-specific contribution, retained growth and acceleration against complete evolving comparators with matched information and resource entitlements. Paid adaptive audits, finite catalogue retention, receipt-based continuation accounts and conditional moment bounds connect phase declarations to achieved stock. The results depend on justified calibration, fixed endpoint targets and funded execution; mathematical examples do not demonstrate empirical collective-specific acceleration or a physical phase transition.
